There are many options for the mortgage process, and for a lot of people a mortgage broker might work out well - especially when the services are at no additional charge. I am fortunate that I served in the military, which leads to access to the Veterans' Administration home loan benefit. This offers me some insurance of a smoother process (in some ways). Nice informational post!
